Failure is the key to success, and Failing Fast can get you there quicker.

But that doesn't mean you want to focus on failing; but testing, iterating and learning as soon as possible, so you can concentrate what is working.

I have been a fan of agile process and as we should use this methodology when testing various solutions as well.

When you are taking 4 to 5 solutions to market with a partner, it is essential that you know as quickly as possible that whether or not this is the solution where you want to invest more time and resources. By launching multiple solutions & tracking them, you iterate fast and focus on solutions that give you the most bang on the buck.

So, test - iterate - learn in other words, fail fast so you can focus on the solution that works and then put all your effort behind it to maximize the ROI.
